This small family-run hotel is located on a protected part of the hill overlooking the bay in Rabac, and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Kvarner Bay and the islands of Cres, Lošinj and Unije.

Decorated in a modern style, Hotel Villa Annette is one of the best boutique hotels in Istria. Accessible staff, peace and a pleasant atmosphere are just some of the attributes of this facility.
Included with the accommodation comes the famous breakfast buffet, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. Guests can also enjoy a range of Istrian delicacies through the lunch menu, eating in the restaurant or in the attractive garden. There is a possibility to adapt dishes for vegetarians and children.

All apartments include air conditioning and free internet access, and their special feature is the beautiful sea view. The hotel also includes a beautiful outdoor pool next to the terrace, where guests can relax with a wonderful outdoor ambiance.
Presentations and tastings sessions of domestic olive oil Villa Annette Selection, as well as tastings of famous wines from authentic Istrian wineries can be arranged within the facility.
